Kim Kardashian West has spoken at the White House with President Donald Trump about criminal justice reform. Kardashian West played a key role in convincing Trump to commute the sentence of Alice Johnson, who had previously been serving a life sentence for non-violent drug crimes. Kim Kardashian West — one of the highest-profile celebrities in the United States —  attended an event at the White House yesterday with President Donald Trump . The model and businesswoman is in Washington to continue her campaign for criminal justice reform from the Trump administration.


 Kardashian West sat next to White House advisers Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, whom she credited with advancing the criminal justice reform effort during Trump's presidency. "My entire journey with criminal justice reform began a year ago when I came to see the president after speaking with Ivanka and Sweden Mobile Number List Jared, who fought to get me here," he said. He also praised Trump for taking action on criminal justice reform, including signing the First Step Act. "Seeing the passion he has had for criminal justice has been truly remarkable," said Kim Kardashian West. Kardashian West successfully lobbied Trump last year to commute the sentence of Alice Johnson , a drug dealer who had been serving a life sentence for nonviolent drug crimes.
