The developer Aedas Homes launches its first housing development in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as idealista/news has learned exclusively. Specifically, the company headed by David Martínez will build 160 homes on the beachfront of San Juan Beach, located in the municipality of Guía de Isora , and close to the prestigious Abama resort and the Abama Golf and Golf Costa Adeje golf courses. Aedas' first landing in Tenerife will mean the construction of 160 exclusive homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with large terraces ranging from 25 m2 to 200 m2 .
