Aion2kinah-AION 2 Release News: Early Access and Global Launch Date
AION 2 is now entering its final stretch before the global launch, and September has become one of the most important months for players waiting for NCSoft's new MMORPG Aion 2 Kinah. The game has already completed its latest launch preparation test, while Founder’s Pack owners are set to receive Early Access before the full worldwide release.
NCSoft has officially confirmed that AION 2 will launch globally on October 5, 2026, with the PC version coming to Steam and the PURPLE platform across North America, South America, Europe and Asia. AION 2 Launch Scale Test Is the Latest Major Event The AION 2 Launch Scale Test is the biggest immediate event for players ahead of release. NCSoft designed the test to recreate conditions close to the live service, allowing the developer to examine server capacity, infrastructure stability and other launch-related systems. The official AION 2 site lists the test as open to all players, with pre-download beginning on September 16. The test sessions are scheduled around September 17 and 19 depending on the listed regional times. Recent reports also describe the test as an important final check before the global launch. Unlike a traditional closed beta, the focus is heavily centered on whether the game's infrastructure can handle a large number of players entering Atreia at the same time. For an MMORPG preparing for a worldwide launch, server stability is particularly important. AION 2 is therefore using this period to identify potential problems before the full player population arrives. When Does AION 2 Launch? The AION 2 release date is October 5, 2026. Founder’s Pack Early Access begins on September 30, giving eligible players five days of advance access before the worldwide launch. The game will launch on PC through Steam and PURPLE. With the Launch Scale Test now underway, the focus is shifting from whether AION 2 will launch globally to how smoothly that launch will happen Aion 2 Kinah for sale. The next major milestone is therefore September 30. After the Early Access period, October 5 will mark the full global launch and the beginning of AION 2's next phase as an international MMORPG. For players who have been waiting for the sequel, the countdown is now measured in weeks rather than months. |
